A magnificent Northern Italian sparkling rosé wine displaying a bright, vibrant pink color enhanced by an elegant, fine mousse of small shimmering bubbles. Conceived by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Patterson, this expressive Spumante is crafted from old-vine Pinot Nero and native Franconia grapes sourced from the cool, limestone-rich foothills of the Friulian Dolomites. The highly aromatic nose opens with a soaring, charming bouquet of wild strawberries, fresh-cut field flowers, and ripe red cherries. On the palate, it balances a delicate, crisp red berry fruit core and a vibrant, linear alpine acidity with a beautifully rounded, bone-dry brut texture, concluding in an exceptionally clean, refreshing, and savory finish kissed by subtle notes of fresh mountain herbs and fine minerals.
