Putting an exciting twist on the classic blend, this certified organic and biodynamic Cava combines Grenache with native Catalan varieties Parellada and Macabeo. Aged on its lees for 18 months and finished with zero dosage, it pours a pale rose petal pink with a fine, lively crown of bubbles, presenting an aromatic bouquet of wild strawberries, fresh raspberries, and orange blossoms that transitions beautifully into a clean, crisp, and yeasty pastry-like finish.
