At BSW Liquor, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are generally restricted to damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for any eligible products.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and was received damaged or as an incorrect shipment.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging in question.

  • 3.
    Await Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
