
The Story
A magnificent and full-bodied northern Italian red wine crafted from 100% Corvina Veronese grapes harvested by hand in select Veronese vineyards. Produced under Tinazzi's prestigious Tenuta Valleselle estate, the grapes undergo a slight sun-drying (appassimento) process before pressing, adding remarkable weight and concentration. Following fermentation, the wine is matured for 6 to 8 months in French and American oak barrels. It opens with an expressive, generous bouquet of mature dark forest fruits, ripe plums, and cherries, intricately layered with spicy nuances of cinnamon and black pepper. The palate is soft, velvety, and exceptionally round, offering gentle tannins balanced by a deep, persistent fruit finish.
