Unlike the standard 12 Year Old, this expression is fully matured in 100% first-fill American oak casks and bottled at a slightly higher 43% ABV. The result is a vibrant and exceptionally smooth whisky with a harmonious profile of sweet and fruity notes. It offers enticing aromas of fresh tangerines, pineapple, hazelnut praline, and vanilla. On the palate, flavors of juicy pear, sweet orange marmalade, creamy vanilla, coconut shavings, and toasted almonds emerge, leading to a silky, sweet, and gently oaky finish.
