Representing a bold, modern approach to natural winemaking, this estate-grown 100% Tempranillo is sourced from the calcareous clay soils of the Finca La Merla vineyard. Following a short, careful 2-month aging process in new 500-liter French oak barrels, it reveals an incredibly expressive and intense bouquet of ripe dark berries, wild strawberries, and sweet plums, harmoniously balanced by delicate nuances of cocoa, warm baking spices, and light toasted oak, all leading to a velvety-smooth, rounded finish.
