Named "Tatone"—an affectionate traditional Abruzzese term for "Grandfather"—this wine honors the strength, wisdom, and deep heritage of the region. Sourced from choice hillside vineyards in the province of Chieti and crafted from 100% Montepulciano grapes, it undergoes careful vinification before aging patiently for 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by an additional three months of refinement in the bottle. It displays a deep, intense ruby red profile with subtle garnet highlights, bursting with an expansive bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark plums, and sweet marasca cherries, elegantly layered with sophisticated notes of licorice, tobacco, and cocoa.
