The Story

A magnificent and beautifully robust Spanish signature red wine masterfully crafted by Bodegas Ramón Ramos in the historic Toro appellation of Castilla y León. Sourced exclusively from low-yielding, centenarian bush vines over 60 years old, this exceptional 100% Tinta de Toro (the region's powerful, native adaptation of Tempranillo) represents the pinnacle of the winemaker's personal selection. Following a long 25-day maceration to extract deep color and complexity, the wine is patiently matured for 12 months in premium 225-liter French oak barrels, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle refinement. It reveals an incredibly intense and concentrated bouquet of ripe dark plums, black cherries, and fruit liqueur, seamlessly layered with fine cacao, sweet baking spices, creamy oak textures, and a warm, structural, and wonderfully fleshy finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with slow-roasted lamb, charcoal-grilled ribeye steaks, rich wild boar stews, or premium boards of extra-aged manchego cheese.
