The Story
A magnificent and ground-breaking single-varietal white wine crafted by the estate’s three Tessari sisters from a unique clonal recovery project of the ancient, indigenous Trebbiano di Soave grape. Grown on 300-meter high volcanic hillsides densely packed with large, compact basaltic rock (from which "Massifitti" takes its name), it is vinified without skin contact and aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 15 months. It exhibits a bright straw-yellow profile bursting with crisp aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, wild jasmine, and smoky flint, beautifully integrated into a vertical, laser-like acidity, a creamy mid-palate, and a profoundly sapid, sea-salt mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with fresh raw seafood platters, delicate oyster selections, crispy vegetable tempura, or rich mushroom risottos.
