The complex nose opens with an intense bouquet of dark red stone fruits, wild cherries, and dried roses, beautifully layered with notes of fresh porcini mushrooms, sweet spices, leather, and a hint of mint. On the palate, it balances a juicy, mid-palate fruit depth and vibrant, fresh acidity with firm, velvety, and well-integrated tannins inherited from La Serra's cooler, high-elevation microclimate.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with slow-braised duck, roasted rack of lamb, rich white truffle risotto, and aged hard cheeses like Castelmagno or Parmigiano-Reggiano.
