The Story

A magnificent Northern Italian dry white wine displaying a brilliant golden yellow color. Breaking away from the grape's traditional sweet profile, this innovative expression is made from 100% hand-picked Moscato Bianco grapes that undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by four months of refined aging in 400-liter acacia oak tonneaux. The highly complex nose opens with an elegant, aromatic, and beautifully nuanced bouquet of ripe yellow peaches, apricots, and Golden Pippin apples, masterfully layered with sophisticated notes of Mediterranean herbs, fresh rosemary, wild sage, and white floral blossoms. On the light-to-medium-bodied palate, it balances its delicate, primary fruit aromaticity and a vibrant, crisp freshness with a wonderfully savory, salty minerality and a persistent texture, carrying into a dry, clean finish marked by a classic hint of bitter almond.

Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with fresh sushi and sashimi, seafood starters, grilled white fish, roasted poultry, vegetable-driven risottos, and soft or semi-hard cheeses.
