Layers of ripe blackberries, cassis, violets, dark chocolate, licorice, and sweet spice are framed by firm tannins, vibrant freshness, and an exceptionally long finish with outstanding ageing potential.

Distinct from the release of this vintage back in 2003 which was aged in Vila Nova de Gaia at the mouth of the Douro, this new release was aged at the quinta in the Douro. The Port has a distinct concentration and depth, ripe tannins and spice and a full, rich character. This bottling is ready to drink but will be even better from 2026.
