Pendleton Canadian Whisky is a premium, exceptionally smooth blended whisky born from a unique cross-border collaboration. Crafted as a tribute to the legendary Pendleton Round-Up rodeo, it is distilled and aged in Canada using select northern grains, then brought to Hood River, Oregon, where it is cut to proof using pure, glacier-fed spring water from Mount Hood. This distinctive process gives it an uncommonly gentle, approachably sweet character that celebrates the heritage of the American West.
Food Pairing: Smoked beef brisket, grilled barbecue ribs, sharp cheddar cheese, or warm pecan pie.
TASTING NOTES Light golden-amber in color with a silky, soft, and remarkably light-to-medium body.
NOSE Inviting and sweet with upfront aromas of warm vanilla, clover honey, butterscotch, and sweet biscuit dough, accented by a hint of grated cinnamon.
PALATE Highly approachable and mellow, featuring dominant flavors of caramel and honey balanced by baked apple, pear, subtle rye bread undertones, and a touch of light baking spice.
FINISH Short to medium, clean, and extraordinarily smooth with a gentle trailing warmth, light oak structure, and a touch of sweet corn.
SERVE Highly versatile; perfect for casual sipping neat, on the rocks, or as an excellent, smooth base for a Highball or Whisky Sour.
