Sourced from old, dry-farmed vines yielding concentrated fruit in the high-altitude terrains of Valencia, this modern Mediterranean blend of Garnacha, Bobal, and Syrah is aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. The 2021 vintage presents a round, full-bodied profile rich with aromas of boysenberries, fresh blueberries, and violet petals, leading into a textured palate loaded with ripe dark forest fruits, wild herbs, and a long, moderately spicy finish.

Not showing lots of depth on the palate, but there is plenty of fruit and a wrap of ripe, firm tannin before a floral lift. Fruity and very ripe, yet juicy and satisfying. Not jammy. 40% syrah, 20% cabernet, 30% garnacha and 10% marselan. Drink now.
