The Story

An exceptional, iconic Spanish red wine crafted by Finca Museum from old, low-yielding Tempranillo vines grown on the gravelly, limestone-rich soils of Cigales. This highly concentrated flagship cuvée undergoes careful fermentation followed by extended aging for up to 30 months in new French oak barrels. It displays a brilliant, deep dark burgundy hue and reveals a complex, powerful bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark plums, and balsamic eucalyptus, seamlessly layered with notes of dark chocolate, clove, and toasted cedar on a dense, beautifully balanced, and velvety palate.

Food Pairing: This structured and robust red wine pairs spectacularly with slow-braised lamb shanks, grilled ribeye steak, rich venison stew, or aged Manchego cheese.
