Nobleza 33 Reposado Tequila is an elegant, additive-free 100% Blue Weber agave spirit crafted at the highly respected Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Jalisco. This highland reposado is fermented using proprietary wine yeast strains and music playing in the background to stimulate fermentation, followed by distillation in copper-coiled pot stills. It is then rested gently in used American oak barrels, yielding a remarkably smooth, balanced spirit that honors the natural, sweet qualities of fully mature agave while integrating subtle, warm oak characteristics.
Food Pairing: Grilled pork tenderloin, wood-fired chicken fajitas, mild artisanal cheeses like young Gouda, or slightly spicy shrimp skewers.
TASTING NOTES - A bright, pale straw-gold with clear, brilliant legs. It offers a silky, clean, and medium-bodied mouthfeel that glides smoothly across the palate with natural viscosity.
NOSE - Soft, inviting aromas of sweet cooked agave, warm vanilla bean, and light oak wood, accented by hints of toasted almonds, orange peel, and a touch of white pepper.
PALATE - Balanced and round, featuring pleasant flavors of honeyed agave, subtle baking spices like cinnamon, vanilla custard, and a faint undertone of butterscotch and dried fruits.
FINISH - Medium-long, smooth, and clean, leaving a gentle warmth with lingering notes of sweet agave, toasted oak, and a mild, peppery tingle.
SERVE - Best served neat at room temperature in a tequila tasting glass, or used to elevate classic cocktails like a premium Reposado Paloma or an Agave Old Fashioned.
