The Story

Nobleza 33 Blanco Tequila is an exceptionally smooth, additive-free 100% Blue Weber agave spirit crafted at the highly respected Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Jalisco. This highland blanco undergoes a unique fermentation process utilizing proprietary wine yeast strains to the sound of classical music, which helps create its signature aromatic profile. Double-distilled in copper-coiled pot stills, it represents a bright, clean, and highly floral expression that emphasizes pure, fruit-forward agave flavors without any additives.

Food Pairing: Fresh seafood ceviche, grilled shrimp tacos with citrus salsa, raw oysters on the half-shell, or light summer salads with lime vinaigrette.

TASTING NOTES - Crystal clear with brilliant, slow-falling tears. It offers a silky, light-to-medium body that delivers a clean, smooth, and refreshing feel across the palate.

NOSE - Highly aromatic and floral, leading with bright cooked agave, orange blossom, and jasmine, rounded out by green apple, lime peel, and a touch of fresh-cut grass.

PALATE - Sweet and remarkably crisp, displaying forward flavors of baked agave, ripe pear, and lime zest, which transition into subtle notes of spearmint, light minerals, and a gentle crack of white pepper.

FINISH - Clean, crisp, and medium in length, leaving a delicate sweetness of agave, citrus rind, and a soft, dry mineral ending.

SERVE - Best served neat at room temperature in a tequila tasting glass, or used as an elegant base for a premium, hand-shaken Margarita.
