Sourced from 40 to 100-year-old vines grown in the limestone-laced clay soils of Bairrada, it undergoes a light carbonic maceration, spontaneous native yeast fermentation, and short aging entirely in stainless steel tanks before being bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur additions.
