The palate is medium-bodied and balanced, featuring a silky texture and gentle tannins resulting from nine months of aging in concrete vats.
Mature red berry flavors of cherry, kirsch and raspberry mixed with vanilla and spices. Harmonious and balanced with a plump fruitiness and silky texture which are offset by round, gentle tannins. Medium body and an elegant structure.
