Produced in extremely limited quantities as a special auction-lot release, this collector-worthy Cabernet showcases the bold intensity and refined elegance that define Mt. Brave wines. Deeply layered notes of blackcurrant, cassis, blackberry, graphite, crushed rock minerality, espresso, cedar, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate, and wild mountain herbs unfold across a full-bodied palate with firm polished tannins and exceptional depth. Built for long-term aging, this is a serious Napa mountain Cabernet with remarkable concentration and sophistication.
Food Pairing: Dry-aged ribeye, herb-crusted lamb chops, braised beef short ribs, venison, aged gouda, truffle mushroom dishes, duck breast, and refined steakhouse cuisine.

Like the Cabernet Franc, it's full-bodied and silky, with drying tannins and mouthwatering ripeness on the long finish. Give it a couple of years in the cellar and drink it over the next couple of decades.
