Morgado da Vila Pet Nat

A wonderfully vibrant, energetic, and completely unvarnished natural sparkling wine crafted using the ancestral method (Pétillant Naturel). Sourced from sustainable vineyards in Portugal, this wine is bottled before its primary fermentation finishes, trapping its natural, fine carbonation entirely without additions. It displays a beautifully hazy, pale straw hue in the glass, opening with an exuberant bouquet of crisp green apples, zesty lemon peel, and wild white flowers, underlaid by a characteristically complex, yeasty hint of fresh bread dough. 

Food Pairing: Outstandingly refreshing as a casual aperitif, or paired alongside fresh fish tacos, crispy fried chicken, salty potato chips, or light summer charcuterie boards.
