The Story
An exceptional, low-intervention natural Spanish rosé crafted by the progressive, multi-generational family at Bodegas Moraza in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Breaking away from heavy oak trends in Rioja, this 100% Tempranillo rosé is sourced from organically farmed, high-altitude vineyards rooted in clay-limestone soils. Following a brief 12-hour skin maceration, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel and concrete vats to preserve its pure fruit identity. It pours a beautiful, vibrant dark pink and yields an expressive nose of fresh red berries, tart cherries, and wild raspberries, accented by delicate hints of white flower blossoms and mountain herbs on a dry, crisp palate with notable mineral acidity.
Food Pairing: This fresh and highly refreshing rosé pairs beautifully with grilled chicken skewers, herb-infused summer soups, fresh vegetable platters, or light tapas.
