Miro Olivet Ranch Reserve Chardonnay is an elegant, beautifully refined, small-production white wine masterfully crafted by acclaimed winemaker Miroslav "Miro" Tcholakov. Marking his premiere Chardonnay release for Miro Cellars, the premium fruit is sourced from the prestigious Olivet Ranch vineyard located in the heart of the cool-climate Russian River Valley, owned and managed by the De Loach family. To maximize purity and freshness, the wine undergoes an incomplete or partial malolactic fermentation, preventing excessive buttery character while retaining stunning structural crispness. In the glass, it reveals inviting aromas of freshly sliced green apples, lemon blossoms, honeysuckle, and subtle pineapple. The palate is beautifully layered and satiny, showing great depth with vibrant, crisp Granny Smith apple and stone fruit accents integrated with fine toasted brioche notes that conclude in a brilliantly clean, prolonged, and mouthwatering finish.
