Marques de Marialva Gran Reserva 3L Double Magnum

An outstanding, highly sophisticated Portuguese red wine crafted by the historic Adega de Cantanhede to showcase the premium potential of the Bairrada terroir. Produced primarily from old-vine Baga (often masterfully blended with Touriga Nacional), this wine undergoes a long, meticulous maturation process, including 12 months in fine French oak casks followed by extensive bottle aging. It displays a deep, intense garnet color with slight violet undertones, opening with a complex and noble bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plum compote, beautifully layered with elegant notes of sweet wood spice, tobacco, and dried herbs.
