The Story
Inama Vin Soave Classico 2024 is a vibrant, gracefully structured, and beautifully expressive white wine that perfectly captures the volcanic terroir of the Veneto region. Crafted entirely from hand-harvested Garganega grapes grown on the ancient basaltic-lava slopes of the Soave Classico zone, it pours a bright straw-yellow hue. The nose is inviting and aromatic, unfolding with delicate notes of chamomile, elderflower, and bright white peach, nuanced by hints of fresh apricot, green melon, and subtle floral blossoms. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied, soft-textured, and highly energetic, delivering a refreshing core of crisp orchard fruit perfectly balanced by a lively, mouthwatering acidity. Vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve its pure aromatics and tension, it concludes with a clean, mineral-driven finish elegantly accented by a classic touch of bitter almond and a lovely saline tinge.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with fresh raw fish carpaccio, creamy seafood risotto, delicate poached poultry, grilled asparagus, and light Italian antipasti.
92 Points - James Suckling
