Part of a mono-varietal line designed to represent the "human footprint" in viticulture, the Huella de Syrah is a modern, fruit-forward red from the high-altitude vineyards of Valencia. The grapes are harvested at night to prevent oxidation and maintain freshness. The winemaking process involves a 3-day cold maceration at 10°C followed by fermentation at 28°C to achieve optimal color and structure. The result is an intense red wine with violet reflections and a high-intensity bouquet of ripe red fruit, balsamic notes, and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, it is broad, velvety, and well-structured with elegant tannins and a long, fresh finish.
