Hendrick's Gin 1L

Hendrick's Gin is an iconoclastic, ultra-premium Scottish gin renowned for its wonderfully unusual flavor profile. Handcrafted in tiny batches at the Lesley Gracie Lab within the Girvan Distillery, it is uniquely distilled in two distinct types of stills—the Bennet and the Carter-Head. This process creates a divinely smooth gin that is subsequently infused with a signature duet of Bulgarian Rosa Damascena (rose petals) and specially selected crisp cucumbers, delivering a remarkably refreshing, floral, and sophisticated spirit.

Food Pairing: Pairs elegantly with smoked salmon crostini, fresh oysters, classic cucumber finger sandwiches, and light seafood ceviche. It also beautifully complements soft cheeses like goat cheese, fresh brie, or a bright lemon-herb chicken salad.

TASTING NOTES Crystal clear and brilliantly transparent. It features a beautifully smooth, light-to-medium-bodied texture that feels remarkably clean, crisp, and refreshing on the palate.

NOSE A wonderfully intense and floral bouquet opening with distinct aromas of fresh juniper, sweet rose petal, crisp cucumber, and a bright zest of citrus oil.

PALATE Excellently balanced and smooth. The palate reveals a complex matrix of green cucumber and earthy juniper, which quickly gives way to delicate layers of floral rose, sweet coriander, and a refreshing burst of orange and lemon peel.

FINISH Clean, dry, and wonderfully refreshing with a lingering, cooling sensation of fresh cucumber and a subtle floral fade.

SERVE The ultimate serve is a classic Hendrick's & Tonic, poured over plenty of ice in a highball or copa glass, and strictly garnished with a fresh wheel of cucumber rather than lime to accentuate its unique infusions.
