The Story

G4 Blanco Tequila is a premium, unaged 100% Blue Weber agave spirit crafted by the legendary Camarena family at El Pandillo distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco. Renowned for its traditional production methods, this blanco utilizes a custom-built mechanical stone tahona to crush the agave, copper pot stills for distillation, and a unique 50/50 blend of captured rainwater and natural spring water. The result is a remarkably clean, crisp, and expressive tequila that captures the true essence of highland agave without any artificial additives.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled shrimp tacos with lime, oysters on the half shell, or standard street tacos with fresh cilantro and salsa verde.

TASTING NOTES Crystal clear and brilliantly transparent. It has a vibrant, crisp, and medium-bodied mouthfeel that coats the palate elegantly with a silky texture and zero artificial oiliness.

NOSE Intense aromas of crisp cooked agave, bright citrus peel (lime and grapefruit), fresh rainwater, and a distinct punch of black pepper, balanced by an earthy, mineral-forward undertone.

PALATE An explosion of sweet, buttery cooked agave right upfront, followed closely by complex layers of white pepper, earthy minerals, lime zest, and subtle green vegetation.

FINISH Long, clean, and beautifully warming. It leaves a lingering impression of sweet agave, cracked black pepper, and a refreshing mineral dryness.

SERVE Best served neat at room temperature in a tequila nosing glass or a small wine glass to fully appreciate its complex aromas. It also makes an exceptional, top-tier Margarita or Paloma.
