Sourced from unique plots planted in sandy, calcareous soils at an elevation of 3,500 feet, this premium Chardonnay undergoes careful hand-harvesting followed by fermentation and maturation for 12 months in select French oak barrels with regular lees stirring. In the glass, it presents a brilliant golden hue with delicate greenish highlights. The expressive, complex nose reveals a highly aromatic profile dominated by citrus blossom, lemon zest, ripe yellow pear, and crisp green apple, harmoniously intertwined with notes of toasted hazelnut, vanilla bean, and a signature line of flinty mineral undertones.
