Castello Dei Rampolla Liù 2020 is an exceptionally pure and elegant Super Tuscan crafted from 100% biodynamically farmed Merlot in Panzano in Chianti. Avoiding oak entirely, it is vinified and aged in cement vats and terracotta amphorae to preserve maximum freshness and fruit integrity. The inviting aromatic bouquet bursts with pristine notes of juicy black cherry, fresh blueberry, and dusty limestone, elegantly accented by wild lavender and star anise. On the palate, it is mid-weight, smooth, and flawlessly polished, framed by lithe tannins and a bright, zesty acidity that drives a vividly pure and harmonious finish.
