Native fermentations, neutral barrels, and no fining or filtration preserve its luminous ruby hue and aromas of red cherry, pomegranate, cracked pepper, and dried thyme. The palate is light on its feet yet broad-shouldered, with juicy fruit, lively acidity, and a savory mineral finish.
