Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 8–10 months in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, it offers expressive aromas of pear, lemon and white flowers with hints of almond blossom. The palate is lively yet rounded, showing crisp minerality, green apple, nectarine and a long, saline finish.
