The Story
From the Berlame parcel near the Lepini mountains of Lazio, this natural rosato is made from Cesanese d'Affile and Cesanese Nostrano. Pale and delicate with fresh red berry aromas, floral notes, and vibrant acidity. Aged in steel and on the lees in glass jars for added texture.
Food Pairing: Shellfish, grilled white fish, poultry, soft cheeses, and light Roman antipasti.
